The most uniquely attended to I have ever felt at a restaurant in my life! Frank gave my husband and me an experience of dinning one could only dream of. We felt like royalty, celebrity and it was the most unforgettable dinning experience we ever had!!!! The wait staff was a natural comedienne and a joy to talk with, he brought us several rounds of hot fresh toasty bread, the cook was a serious joyful man whose hand we shook on the way out- the pride in this man eyes were of gratitude for a job well done when congratulated on such fine cuisine. This is a place you must try, the atmosphere is intimate and cozy. Frank the owner personally came to discuss our meal and wanted to know what we wanted to eat and were in the mood for, this was his first priority, pleasing and teasing our palette's with matching his menu to tailor to our specific taste preference. What a brilliant concept for restaurant success, cook for the patron! We felt as if we had our own private chef, it was an incredible warm experience catered to our specifications. Never been to any place like this. Only a small place like this could deliver such care and concern about our enjoyment of the meal. Our heads were spinning with the amazing layers of flavors each delectable dish served. Frank discussed what he was going to prepare for us and delivered beyond! He aimed to please and this culinary experience was something my palette never before experienced. At Cucina Fresca, you feel like you're relaxing at home while being served by your own private chef. Food that feeds the senses and makes your head spin its sooooo good! Waitstaff was very personable, Owner Frank sits and talks with you, overall a very attentive experience tailor made to ensuring an outstanding experience, a one of a kind experience !! Our mouth watering meal: For our appetizer we had grilled Octopus (to die for!) with potato, Mozzeralla and Corozza with Marsala sauce (incredible flavor), for our entree we had ravioli with asparagus/ricotta and gorgonzola ravioli, shrimp fettuccine with a special twist in vodka sauce, and chocolate Nutella mousse for dessert! A week later, going back to relive our favorite new place!!

BYOB restaurant! Small (8 tables) but attentive and friendly staff. Fresh food, daily specials and apps. We had scallops over fettuccine; and tomahawk pork chop with hot cherry peppers served with potatoes and green beans. Dessert is varied and delicious

Mother and son date tonight. We ordered the sweet and spicy calamari, rigatoni with eggplant and hot sausage and broccoli rabe over fusilli. The food was outstanding. Restaurant decor is elegant and service very friendly. We will definitely go back.

You walk in and instantly feel like you have entered a loving family home. The food is delicious and made fresh with the best ingredients. I have eaten at a lot of restaurants over the years and food can taste good sure, but when it's made with love, it feeds the soul. Exactly what I needed tonight. Thank you !

Went to Cucina Fresca with my wife and kids for my birthday last night and it did not disappoint. I heard great things and decided to go and so glad we did. I wasnt aware of the new owner, we walked in and met Frank and he was a pleasure. He checked in to make sure all was ok & made you feel at home and the atmosohere/ambiance was great. I had the veal chop sauteed with cherry peppers with a side of asparagus & carrots roasted potatoes and I absolutely loved it. My wife had salmon with a side of asparagus & carrots roasted potatoes and kids chicken parm with pasta and pork tenderloins milanese with pasta, & I can easily say we have a new favorite spot. The food was amazing and not a crazy scene that alot of Staten Island restaurants have become. Very quaint and delicious fod. highly recommend.

Cucina Fresca came highly recommended and it delivered. I ordered the special which was Red Snapper with hot cherry tomatoes and peppers with a side of fusilli and veggies cooked to perfection. My GF ordered the Mixed Seafood Fra Diavolo, which was robust and packed with flavor. Appetizers included meatballs, sweat, and sour calamari which were incredibly tender, not too salty, and delicious. The service was great considering the waitstaff did not show up on a busy Saturday night so the owner and his wife were taking the orders and bussing the tables and did it with grace and were very personable and passionate. If you appreciate small cozy settings that are not bright and loud this is a great place for you. FYI, they are only open for 2 months and working on their NYS liquor license so it is still BYOB. I highly recommend Cucina Fresca without reservation, you will not be disappointed.

It's been awhile since I've been here but all I can say is it's even better than when I was last here if that's possible. Impeccable service, outstanding food, lovely ambience, and they treat you like family. This is a top notch all around one of the best restaurants here, but don't tell anyone. Otherwise we'll never get a reservation lol

Needed to order food early and chose this place because they open at 11A - and I'm really glad I did. I agree with another Yelper in describing this as a hidden gem! I've never eaten here before and we have them a shot because of their good reviews. Some of our order included mussels marinara, baked clams, crab cakes, lobster ravioli, eggplant rollatini.... All of the food was AMAZING especially their homemade rolls! Their bread was sooooo soft and delicious I can't stop thinking about them. The staff was so sweet they also threw in a free tartufo dessert that was also incredible! Definitely 5 stars for the food and the exceptionally friendly staff
